If an order is successfully canceled, the applied coupon code will be automatically reactivated for re-use, provided it is valid and complies with the code’s terms and conditions. Canceled orders will not be eligible for earning Club Cash or Cashback on partner sites.

Refunds against the Entire Order, Product, Shipment, Combo, or Assembly Service amount will be credited to your Baby’s Heaven Cash Refund Account. Once the refund is added to your account, you can use the credit for future orders or request a refund to your original payment source using the ‘Refund Back to Me’ option under the ‘Cash in My Account’ section.

A fixed shipping charge of Rs. 50 applies to all orders below Rs. 699/- (excluding COD charges, shipping charges, taxes, or discounts after applying coupons or offers) across all locations. Additional charges may apply in certain locations. Baby’s Heaven reserves the right to charge a platform and convenience fee, which is non-refundable in case of any form of cancellation.

For orders equal to or above Rs. 699 (excluding COD charges, shipping charges, taxes, or value reductions after applying coupons or offers), free shipping is available at select locations. In other locations, an additional Rs. 50 shipping charge applies for orders below Rs. 699.

If you initiate a cancellation that causes the order value to drop below Rs. 699, shipping charges will be deducted from your Baby’s Heaven Wallet. Similarly, for orders below Rs. 699, where any product has already been shipped, shipping charges will be deducted from your wallet as a one-time deduction.

For ‘Cash on Delivery’ (COD) orders, if you initiate a cancellation request that lowers the order value below Rs. 699, both COD and shipping charges will be deducted from your Baby’s Heaven Wallet. In cases where even a single product has been shipped from an order valued below Rs. 699, shipping charges will be deducted from your wallet.

Returns are only accepted in the case of damaged products, and return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for shipping charges related to any returns.

Cancellation requests that reduce the order value below Rs. 249 (excluding COD charges, shipping charges, taxes, or coupon reductions) will not be applicable. If applicable, the entire order must be canceled.

In cases where shipping and COD charges were deducted due to cancellations that reduced the order value below Rs. 699, and if the entire order is eventually canceled (provided no shipment has been generated), those deducted charges will be credited back to your Baby’s Heaven Wallet.
